Why only five spots?
Because the guidance is done by a real person, and beyond five simultaneous setups the quality drops. It is not marketing scarcity: it is the number of hours available this fall.
Why a 12-month commitment on the monthly plan?
Because an issued badge stays verifiable for life: we commit to your participants for years, not for a month. The prepaid annual plan costs 10% less for exactly the same service.
What happens to our badges if we stop the subscription?
They stay issued, valid and publicly verifiable. We never destroy a badge once delivered: the promise made to your participants binds us as much as you. You only lose the ability to issue new ones.
What if a participant does not want to seal their badge?
That is their right, and Québec's Law 25 protects it. Their badge is accepted and verifiable on its official page. They get a personal link to seal it later if they change their mind.
Does it replace our official certificates?
No, and beware of anyone who tells you otherwise. The badge makes your certificate verifiable, traceable and tamper-proof. It never replaces a regulatory obligation or the recognition of a professional order or body.
Does our data leave the country?
Your account, your lists and your badges are hosted in Canada, and your lists belong to you: exportable at any time. One exception, at the participant's choice: if they seal their badge, a copy of the signed badge is published on IPFS, a global decentralized network. That is what makes it permanent, and that is why we ask for their explicit consent.
How much of our time does it take?
About two hours over two weeks: the kickoff call, reviewing the texts and the issuance session. We do the rest.
